Booking cancellation	Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check the conditions of your required room.
Late Check-out	Check-out beyond noon until 6:00pm will be charge PHP 1,500.00 for late check-out.
Incidental Deposit	The hotel requires a PHP 2,500.00 incidental deposit which will be refunded in full upon check-out if no incidental charges are incurred.
Child Policy	Children 7 years old and below sharing the room are free-of charge (without complimentary breakfast and extra bed).
Access/Key Cards	Please handle your Access/key cards with care, and turn these over to the Front Office upon check-out. A fee of PHP 500.00 each shall be charge for loss or damage of access cards.
Visitor Policy	Visiting guest are allowed in room up to 10:00 p.m. of the same day. Unregistered guest who stays in the room beyond 10:00 p.m. shall be charge PHP 1,500.00 per person as an additional guest of the room. For the protection of our guest, visitors are required to register at the Front Office and present valid identification. Guests are requested to immediately report to the Front Office any loss of or damage caused to hotel property. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
Weapons, Drugs	Deadly weapons, illegal drugs and paraphernalia are strictly not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking Policy	The entire hotel, including all guest rooms and all common areas are designed as smoke-free areas. Smoking is only allowed in assigned outdoor areas. An additional cleaning and de-odorizing fee of PHP 10,000 shall be charge for room smoking violations.
Charge	The Hotel will charge the guest for all the Stained Linen (ex, Blood, Henna, Massage Oil etc.)
Housekeeping	Housekeeping Staff will clean and service your room ONCE A DAY between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. If cleaning is not needed hang DND sign outside the door. Hotel is not liable/responsible for any loss of money or valuables left in the room.
Pool Policy	Hotel guest visitors who want to swim will be charged PHP 500.00 per person. The operating hours of swimming pool is from 9:00am to 5:00pm
